Section:    15.48.090   Suspension of existing prohibitions

 

All ordinances or codes adopted by the county prohibiting a private wastewater disposal system when community sewers are available are suspended until such time as the ordinance codified in this chapter is repealed. (Ord. 79‑12 § 9, 1979.)
