The Board
of Supervisors of the County
of Del Norte and the
governing body of all other special assessment and taxing districts, for
which said Board so acts, is now meeting in special session. Only those items that indicate a specific
time will be heard at the assigned time.
All other items may be taken out of sequence to accommodate the
public and staff availability.

AGENDA ITEMS
1.
COMMENT
PERIOD: Members of the public may
address the Board on matters which are within the jurisdiction of the
Board. If you are addressing the Board
regarding a matter listed on the agenda, you may be asked to hold your comments
until the Board takes up that matter.
Please limit your comments to three minutes or less.
2.
Hold
a discussion regarding a City/County Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and take
action as necessary.**
3.
Discuss
Recreation Partnerships for the following groups: City, County, Schools; Boys & Girls Club;
Teen Center; and any other pertinent programs; and take action as necessary.**
4.
Discuss
the status of the Border Coast Airport expansion and take action as
necessary.**
5.
Receive
an update from the Office of Emergency Services.**
6.
Approve
and adopt a Joint Resolution of the Del Norte County Board of Supervisors and
the City Council of Crescent City replacing DNCO Resolution 2008-023 and the
City of Crescent City Resolution 2008-019 Establishing a Joint American with
Disabilities Act (ADA) Advisory Commission as requested by the Chair of the ADA
Commission and receive an update from the Chair regarding the ADA Commission's
progress.**
7.
Hold
a discussion regarding Pacific Avenue's traffic solutions and take action as
necessary.**
